Consistency, Control and Moderation...

This journey has been an interesting one. I see that it is never ending and I am committed to staying on this path forever. I have come to accept that I will have to workout for the rest of my life, which makes this a way of life.

Something about me, I have my first Half Marathon on May 2! I had my first asthma attack last Friday but I'm dedetermined not to let that stand in my way! ! I have work to do to get they but I will do it!!
