Hello everyone, I'm Kate & married with 3 grown children and 4grandchildren. Two years ago I lost over 50 lbs with Medifast. It felt great to reach my goal weight (See picture at left) but it didn't last. Little by little my unhealthy habits crept back in and I have regained 35 lbs.

My goal is to learn to manage eating healthy foods while incorporating exercise and activities.

Today is Sunday, a day of rest, relaxation and time to refuel for the week. Yet, many people are stressed out. According to our life instruction manual, the Bible, we need to rest today. I am hoping that you are doing just that.

We have a full week ahead of us. If we are rested it will be a much easier week. Besides that, we will make better decisions, have more patience and most of all, enjoy our week a lot more.

If your not resting, please take some time to so. It is a way to take care of yourself, as well as showing others that you see yourself as someone of value and worth.

Have a wonderful week. Enjoy your time of resting and give yourself lots of TLC today because you are so worth it.
