My Goals:
A change in the way I think about and accomplish daily routines. This includes changing the way I eat and the activities I participate in on a daily basis.

My Program:
Diet: At least 8 cups water, 5 servings of fruit and vegetables, and 1 serving of whole grains daily. Reduce my portion sizes.
Exercise: At least 15 minutes moderate exercise daily.

Other Information:
John 3:16-17 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved."

I totally hear about the temptations. They are EVERYWHERE. I'm sticking with things. Of course some days are better than others. At least now I'm aware of things. Like I'm already making a plan for the holidays. My husband is Canadian so that means 2 Thanksgivings.
