Sorry its been so long since I last visited, but wanted to wish you a lovely May and hope life is treating you kindly.

My muscles are certainly toning with the zumba but the weight loss is a bit slow. Wanting more results......... seriously considering a starvation diet!!!

Need to reconsider my workload again, find it hard to say no to clients but need more time for me............ so we'll see what the next couple of months bring.

Thank you for your kind comments on my "hypocrite?" blog. Yes, she does manage to find someone to bring her junk. When I arrived for the visit at the nursing home yesterday, there was soda-pop and junk food, as usual. However, there was no candy from me and I told her precisely why (actually I blogged about the visit today, if you have a minute to read it). She is a wonderful example of what not to do. I allowed myself to really think about the direction her life could have gone and it makes me sad but I am so powerless to change her, or teach her. In my experience with her, despite her inate intelligence, she is one of the least teachable people I have ever known. Anyway, I need to step back, let go, and turn my thoughts elsewhere, where I can be of help. How is your fitness life? Are you enjoying exercise? What sorts of activities are you doing now? Sparkle on - we want to be strong and healthy for a very long time!
