My World and Welcome to it
I am now, what was I then that I am not now, or vice versa? Older, wiser, althought that last might be argued. Maybe a tad bit insane. Let's surfice to say that I was and I am.

I have suffered from severe depression for many years. With the help of psych meds, I have, for the most part kept it under control. The last couple of months I have been struggling with the depression once again.

I had gastric by pass surgery 2 1/2 yrs ago. I lost 110 lbs. I have gradualy regained 30 of thos lbs back. My biggest problem is not exercising and allowing sweets to creep back into my life.
(but I thought chocolate was a food group)

Personal Information:
I live in a state well known for it's seasons. The season of hot dry winds, fire, rain, mudslides and earthquakes.
Joy comes from being outside and enjoying all that Mother Nature has to offer.
I am a cataholic. I do feral cat rescue. I tend to a colony of 11 feral cats along with my 7 1/2 indoor cats.
I have not been able to work for the past 7 years due to mental health issues and arthritis.
I love being outside and enjoying what Mother Nature has given us.
