A Joyful Journey

I am a 46 year old Christian mother of 4 who needs to lose 100 pounds. I want to have better health, more energy, better flexibility and clearer thinking. Better health will allow me to be a better mother, teacher, and friend. I want to be able to run and play with my kids, to sit on the floor to play games or read stories (well, I can sit down, it is getting up that is sometimes awkward!), and to be more at peace with myself. My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose 100 pounds, which would bring my BMI to the normal range.

I am breaking this down into 20 pound goals on my ticker, so I don't feel so overwhelmed.

I am going to reward myself for every 10 pounds lost!

My Program:
Daily goals:
Lift weights every other day with Anna.
Walk at least 2 days a week.
Eat 5 fruits & vegetables.
Drink 8 glasses of water.
Take my vitamins.
Get at least 50 sparkpoints a day.
