My Goals:
Right now I just want to get healthy. I have a goal weight in mind but the most important thing is that I can enjoy playing with my kids again.
My Program:
I am walking, strength training, and riding my bike. Every little bit helps.
Other Information:
Never give your self esteem to anyone else. They won't take care of it like you would.
