Food Tracking everyday, for everything that goes into my mouth.

Portion Control is Key!

Home cooked over take out.

Walking Everyday with the pup.

Strength Training 4-5 times a week.

Cardio at least 5 times a week.

Drink more water!

Personal Information:
I feel like I've already lived 3 lifetimes!

I was on disability for over a year for severe anxiety & depression. Doing much better now, but some days are still a struggle.

Working full time, married & have the cutest most loving little shih tzu.

Finally at a place in my life where I can focus on making myself happy.

Hey there! I wish Sparky could go to a dog park, it would be perfect because I wouldn't have to do much walking. Unfortunately he doesn't do well at all with strangers (humans) and he doesn't do the best with dogs. My mom says he is an "overanxious greeter" and other dogs don't know how to read him. That is why I typically walk him at like midnight when there aren't as many people walking their dogs... it's just too much drama. He likes other dogs but he doesn't know how to be very social lol. emoticon I just have to remember that a short walk is still a walk and he will be happy just to get outside and smell the fresh air. I live in a condo and really wish he had a yard to run in. :(
