Fed up with the fat! On the cusp of 100lbs lost:)
I've had this excess weight long enough, it's time to GO! I joined SP back in 2009 and lost about 30 lbs. Unfortunately, I slipped off the track(multiple times) but I am ready to get back up and move! I've had this excess weight long enough, it's time to GO! I joined SP back in 2009 and lost about 30 lbs. Unfortunately, I slipped off the track(multiple times) but I am ready to get back up and move! I've struggled with weight almost all my life, but in the past 5 years it has gotten out of control, and I am in a place in my life where getting healthy is now my top priority. Update: I've been back on tracking my calories and fitness everyday since June 19, and I have lost almost 30 more lbs! That is 50lbs from highest weight of 275!!! Update 2/4/13: I am now 5lbs away from 100lbs lost! I've had ups and downs throughout this journey but the main thing has been consistently staying within my calorie range (1200-1500) and making exercise a priority in my life. I had to realize that there is no magic cure for obesity and it was up to me to change my lifestyle.

My Program:
*Consistently tracking my calories, (even if I go over) *Gym 2-3x per wk: 30-60 minutes on the Elliptical, and strength training. *Hiking (3 miles) 2x per wk *Also trying to start a regular yoga practice again
Personal Information:
I am from Miamisburg, OH and I work for a local performing arts organization where I am part of our employee wellness team. I am married to a wonderful man who has inspired me to get healthy and we have two dachshunds.
