Changing my life starting today!

I can't wait to meet the me one year from today.


I got really serious with my weight loss journey in May 2008 when I tipped the scale at 303 lbs. I joined weight watchers and committed myself to logging on to Spark People. My final goal is to be under 180 hopefully closer to 150.

One of my goal is to be come more athletic. I love yoga and I want to learn tennis and hopefully learn to snowboard.


Starting Weight: 5.21.08 = 303lbs
(When I saw the numbers 303 for the first time I cried.)

5.27.08 = 299.8
Well at least I got back under 300!

My Goals:
I want to be physically the person that I feel like mentally.

My Program:
In addition to Sparkpeople I am also doing Weight Watchers and working out. I would like physical activity to become a habit in my everyday life. I am also doing yoga and a lot of reading on the subjects of nutrition and exercise.

Hey Red Hot!! Our new challenge will be starting soon!

The next challenge begins on November 2nd, and only runs for four weeks. The shorter challenge will help to keep everyone focused, and also help get us through the Thanksgiving holiday (for those of us in the states).

I need to turn in my list by Saturday at noon. So, if you plan on joining us for some great fun, please let me know by tomorrow (Friday) night. We hope to see you there!!
