emoticon Happy June!
emoticon Been away from SPARK for awhile due to life's busy chores.
In the last three weeks I have:
emoticon gardened, gardened, gardened. the rainy weather made the grass grow so much, I had 8 new rose bushes, annuals and perennials to fool with and weeds, weeds, weeds.
emoticon My Son graduated from high school and ALL the family came in. I did ALL the cooking for a whole week which meant groceries, cooking, cleaning, and starting all over again. Plus, the house needed to be in tip top shape. Have I made you tired yet?
emoticon Training for that marathon was a priority. I kept up with it and the big day is Sunday. 26.2 here I come. emoticon
emoticon SPent the last two weekends up at the cabin. Boy is there snow and no internet. Trying to fit in laundry and household while working during the week makes it hard.
emoticon Now that I have complained....how are you doing? emoticon I hope all has been going great and you are on track with all you goals, dreams, desires, and plans. I hope to go back through your blogs and reward your success. Take Care and thanks for being my friend! emoticon

I love spring! emoticon The joy of planning my gardens .I love the first sign of the crocus, emoticon daffodil, and tulips pooping up, emoticon brushing away the dead and heavy cover to see the strawberries, chives,parsley and lavender emerge, emoticon the shoots of green buds on trees, emoticon and the robins returning, emoticon the morning sounds of the birds chirping. emoticon

Spring is a time of renewal. The weather gets warmer and the days grow longer allowing us time to get out doors and PLAY! Finding fun and exciting ways to enjoy the out of doors will invigorate and motivate you plus it changes your routine causing those pounds to drop. Try biking, rollerblading, trail hiking or geocaching. Play kick the can, skipping, or jump roping with the kids. Push strollers, walk dogs, climb fences. Join a league. Grow a garden. The possibilities are limitless.

Spring is a time of freshness. Start trying some new veggies and fruits. Drink lots of water. Give yourself a homemade facial or scrub your feet with an abrasive. Give your house a good cleaning. Get rid of the old.

Okay, hopefully I motivated you to make some fun changes and break up your routine a tad. Let me know what works for you! emoticon

I am trying to relax in between the loads of laundry and the house straightening. I sure did enjoy the three day weekend last week! emoticon

Hope life has been going good for you SPARK friend. Managing variables can make the difference of a great week to a bummer week. Yesterday when I was out, and all this week for that matter, I was a little down. In reviewing my life in the past few weeks, I had no stress to give me this depressed feeling. I wasn't sick, I love my job, Family is great, blah,blah,blah.

I think I am a little down because of all the unrest in the world.

Hello SPARK friend, It has been a trying week for many of you due to Mother Nature. Lack of emoticon and cold emoticon can cause depression and lack of motivation. emoticon

Now it's Sunday, and time to emoticon . So embrace this day and make it the most wonderful and happy day of your life. Put aside all the problems (even if just for a hour or two) and enjoy who you are. emoticon
