I am tracking food and exercise daily.
I have joined the Better Sleep Challenge, the Stress Busting Challenge and the 10 Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge.
I also have a workout friend and our goal is to hit the gym 4 days a week after work for cardio and strength training.
I also pick a project or task to tackle each week.
I am the mother of two college age boys. They are off and doing well. Now it is time to focus on me and my goals. Exercise, healthy eating and tackling all of those pesky projects that have been piling up.
