I'm just getting started on Sparkpeople this week and I love it! I love tracking data, reports, graphs and gadgets, so this program was made for me. I had lost a total of of 50 pounds, but sadly put back on 15 pounds after getting lax and healing after an injury.

I'm involved in a 12-week weight/wellness challenge where I work and this is my first time I've joined a competition team; I'm very competitive with myself so this is quite different for me. And what a pleasant difference! My group, "The Waist Watchers", are some of the most fun-loving, motivated and supportive people I have met in recent times. I need to lose 50+ pounds and our group plans to continue on until our goals are met.
