I am on a journey to be healthier and SparkPeople has made it so much easier. I have tried to lose weight alone and with popular weight loss companies. Unfortunately, I have failed. SP has worked for me in the past and it working again because the community support makes a difference! I have left my "skinny" picture up to encouage me to become that person again...the one who bikes, hikes, ice skates and embraces life.

Think of healthy living as a career. Make goal setting a regular part of your life. Become a permanent participant in sustaining better lifestyle choices. Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results.
