I lost 20 pounds last year and have gained 10 back. I need to lose those 10 and maybe a few more. Our son is getting married in August and I want to go shopping for a mother of the groom dress this Spring.
I am trying to limit my calories, eat small amounts 5 times a day, and keep exercising. I usually walk but do jog a few times while walking. I also do some strength training on our gym machine.
I am from a very small town in northeast PA. I have been married for 33 years and have 3 grown sons. My husband and I recently retired from teaching in order to enjoy the things we like to do while we are healthy.
