To lose that 5 pounds that keeps coming back To get a better job then the one I was just turfed from. To find reasons to smile regardless of what life throws at me. To run because I love it & and I don't need a race to motivate me out the door.
Run 4 days a week plus try to find ways to do the boring repetative strength training that I'm always glad I did, but hate getting started. Try to get enough sleep! Take a moment every day to remember the positive.
Hi, You had posted that you would use the stress you had and put it to good use versus bad, is this something that comes easy to you? Or did you have to work at it? Do you have some steps or tips for me to start making this transition, stress has always been a very bad trigger for me, not eating right, not exercising, etc. I would appreciate any suggestions you have.
