~Mind over Matter~
I'm at it still or shall I say again (story of my past 8 years). For every step forward I back slide 2. Defeat and failure is dependent on giving up. So, If I do not give up I cannot fail or be defeated! Sometimes my food choices over ride my want/need for the smaller healthier me. So, from here on I will focus more on minimizing them opposed to cutting them out all together. Compromise for me between me, myself and I!

My goals: *Lower my BMI by 2013. *Lose 10lbs by 06/12. *Lose 1-2 sizes by 06/12. *Remember... ~that slow and steady wins the race! ~giving in occasionally is not giving up! ~success is not measured by results, but by effort! ~to not let set backs hold me me back! Original Goals (reminder): ~Lower my BMI to 29.9 by Mar 1, 2010. ~Lose 6lbs by Mar 1, 2010. ~Lower my BMI to 29.4 by Sept 1, 2010. ~Lose 33lbs by Sept 1, 2010. ~Reduce fat to muscle ratio by 5% in 2010. *Stay Steady!*
My Program:
I have no set program at the moment. However, I am trying to get to the gym for around 30 minutes 4-5 days per week and more when possible! I am focusing on cardio right now, but hopefully will be back at strength training soon!

My name is Kyria. I am a 28 year old wife and mother of 2. I work a p/t job and volunteer with TheMommiesNetwork.orgas well as coach little kiddies sports (tee ball, football and basketball).
Other Information:
I love to spend time with my family, especially when we get out and do something out of the house. I need to get back to spending time working out! I love listening to music, singing, reading, playing COD on PS3 and dancing.
