I CAN do this!

I'm new to SparkPeople, but not new to weight concerns! I steadily gained for the first year of my engagement (put on 20 lbs, yikes) and since January '09 been putting in a good effort, going to the gym regularly, cutting back on eating out, and really trying to cook healthy foods. All that, and only 5 lbs lost in 4 months. Then I found SparkPeople and lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks, YES!
Now I'm confident I'll look great in my dress when I get married at the end of summer, and my fiance is losing ...
