Ready For my hottie body

Ok so It's time to get rid of these extra LBS and get back into a bikini. I'm suposed to be going to Maui next May but it's not even worth it to me if I can't be comfortable in a bathing suit and I want to start toning and losing the last 15 lbs. Feel free to comment if you think it will motivate me.

My Goals:
Loose 20 lbs, Drink more water, speed up my metabolism, tone tone tone, Get a sixpack (or at least a four pack, like I used to have)cook more, Wear short shorts without being embarrased , look good in a Bikini when I go to Maui!!!

My Program:
Happy to say I've been doing so much better lately. Working out almost every day now...treadmill, excercise videos, pilates.. I think I've toned up a little bit., and thats given me the motivation to keep going. I do need to up my Cardio, though. And switching it up is def. the key! :)

Just know that you CAN do it! Any progress is better than none. If you don't try, you've already failed. Start by consistantly doing one thing every day that you know is good for you. Once that becomes the norm, add something else. Do something right now! Drink a glass of water! Do 20 squats! Anything! Just do it!

tashie baby!!!! hahaha, yes!!! i'm so excited... from my highest i've lost like 20 lbs! basically my eating habits changed, ya know? but knowing that and having like 5-6 ppl in so cal tell me they noticed and that i looked good has totally given me the boost i need, i'm thinking i'm finally ready to start getting serious about the exercising thing, even if that just means at first thinking of ways to move a little more, whether it be walking to put money on the laundry card rather than driving, to putting on my ipod and dancing, i figure you gotta star somewhere!!!! and i saw that you finally uncovered your treadmill and used it... good job on that!!!! can't wait to see you again, miss you lots, and hope the fam is good... give my love to them all! love you babes!
