Back for good this time . Missed you all . Finally decided to retire and feel very privileged to be able to do so. Now want to loose all the extra weight I gained back in my last few years of working hard.. Hope all you wonderful friends are healthy and happy.

Back for good this time . Missed you all . Finally decided to retire and feel very privileged to be able to do so. Now want to loose all the extra weight I gained back in my last few years of working hard.. Hope all you wonderful friends are healthy and happy.

It is never too late to start being fitter. I am a woman early sixties (where have the years gone) with three children (in their mid to late twenties) and yet, there are so very many goals of fitness that I hope to achieve :-). however, I got bogged down with other stuff and forgot my healthy goals. So now I am back again.

My dear hubby of almost 40 years, SI1LV3RBACK, encouraged me to join and is my constant motivator and positive supporter.

May you too enjoy your journey and achieve your goals. Cheers!!! I wish you a happy, healthy journey!!

Oh, yes, I gained weight back but I am not worried because those pounds will come off again , with exercise and less holiday eating again. Cheers!!!

My Goals:
To be really FIT ; still trying to figure out what this really means to me - what measures to use ? I am currently re-evaluating what to incorporate into my fitness.

I want to have a strength and stamina.

I would like to have some defined muscles somewhere in my body.

My Program:
My program includes the following:

Cardio three times a week, strength training 2 times a week and excercise class 2 times a week.



Personal Information:
Married mother of three wonderful children, son also on SP , and two beautiful daughters. Loving hubby, SI1V3RBACK , on SP long before me, encouraged me to join .

I am the shortest in my family at only 5"3 1/2 ".

So I am trying to be in the better weight range (whatever that may be) and get fitter.


Other Information:
I love movies, especially chick flicks or action, books, animals(cats, dogs and birds), photography, and gabbing with friends.

So happy to hear from you. I'm on facebook a lot. I'm Mary Ann Bell Brandon on there. I have been working on myself as well...going to the gym and trying to lose a little. I've got about 10 lbs to lose, but I feel strong. I love lifting weights and do the elliptical at least three times a week, but I've been bad on Spark. I really need to do better on that site. I enjoyed all the people and support on here, but it takes a lot of time. Hugs to you both!! Stop by any time. I'm excited about your wedding plans in Mexico. What fun!! How are you? I have been lacking in my communications . You and hubbie are still looking as great as ever! I want to give you a bit of advice, dont retire unless you have the extra time. hahahhahahaha I thought Id be bored and volunteered at the red cross. They have me jumping. I am taking a course now, on how to become a disaster trainer. Add that with my gorgeous grand babies I sometiimes wish I could go to work to rest.
