My Program:
I count calories everyday. I give myself 1500 calories throughout the day. I also do winsor pilates (I have 3 different tapes), MTV pilates, and CRUNCH masterblaster.

Hey girl, OMG, How has it been?!? Well I come on here from time to time, but I'm on the sparkpeople babyfit. Yeah I'm expecting! I have maintain my 160 for years now. I haven't been working out lately because of the fatigue. But I have really been lifting weights alot, so everything is good. I'm a vegetarian now and I love it. I read your recent post about the weight gain. Don't worry you will get back to your old self. The thing that kept me at my same weight I constantly kept control of everything I did. I started researching about different foods and how they affect our body. I havent gain, i gained muscle. I'll post pictures for you. I'm here if you need my help:) Don't leave again!lol

It's past April 1st. *wink* Did you get where u wanted to? I've done backed the truck waaaayyyy up, and the worst part is...I don't even have a scale here lol. Actually...no the WORST part is that I can't use the tracker to track any of the food here in Korea, because I honestly have little or no idea about what I'm eating. *wink* Take care.
