My Goals:
-Drink 8 glasses of water a day to improve my overall health and help with my psoriasis.

-Get my weight to around 125 lbs.

-Continue to run between 4-6 miles three or four days a week.

-Be more confident in the body I have and not care so much what others might think or say.

My Program:
Hey there!

I am currently using the tracker to help achieve my goal of drinking 8 glasses of water per day. I never realized how LITTLE I drank until just recently. Some days I would barely drink one glass of anything!

I have been running for the last 5+ years, but during this past summer I had a really hard time keeping my usual distances in the heat. I'm used to running 4-5 miles at least 3 days a week. During the summer I was struggling to make it to 3 miles and had to alternate walking to reach 3 or 3.5. Now that the weather is getting cooler I am back up to running 4 miles and I have started running with my younger brother! We are both shocked how easy it is to make it to 4 miles when we run together as opposed to running alone. I'd encourage anyone interested in running to hook up with a running or walking buddy. It makes the time go faster and gives you that extra push to keep going when you might give up on your own.


Personal Information:
I am from New Jersey, born and raised Jersey girl :) but without the stereotypical characteristics attributed to New Jerseyians!

I am a born-again believer and if you do not know what that is, feel free to send me a sparkmail and I'll be happy to explain!

Other Information:
I love to run and play sports (though I'm not good at any of them...); I lift 10 lb. dumbbells for muscle tone in my arms.
I've been playing the piano since I was 8 or 9 yrs. old and am currently the pianist for my church.
