My Journey to Health and Happiness
I am on a journey to find the healthier, happier version of myself. I was a competitive swimmer when I was young and enjoy swimming for exercise now. I am also learning to run and looking forward to running a 5k. In the process, I am working to lose 75 lbs.

My Goals:
My current goal is to run (not walk) my first 5k. Three friends and I will be participating in a 5k in Sept 2012.
My Program:
I am currently training to run my first 5k using the Coach to 5k program. I'm mixing in other cardio such as swimming and videos from Spark People's 28 day challenge.
