I came home from vacation with a renewed sense of hope! I will make it! I have struggled to make sense of my body, my life and my weight. What was I doing wrong!? Given up, thats what was wrong. I use to be 360 lbs and when I struggled out down to 269 I just didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel yet. Instead I started walking back in the other direction. I went on vacation and got my "stuff" together. Here I am ready to bust through the finish line once and for all! Now I am taking this ...

I use to be 360 lbs and when I struggled out down to 269 I just didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel yet. Instead I started walking back in the other direction. I went on vacation and got my "stuff" together. Here I am ready to bust through the finish line once and for all! Now I am taking this fight 1 week at a time in 4 week chuncks. Lets get started!

Past poor behavior: Binge eating, Bulemia, no exercise
Past deadly habits: Cigarette smoking

Kim, I didn't know if you heard about the head-on collision accident that I was in. I posted an updated blog about my current injuries. I'm so proud of you for making daily healthy choices and permanent lifestyle changes, resulting in fulfilling positive results!
