Eek...it's back

Two and 1/2 years ago I lost 30 pounds and felt great. Well, I put 15 back on (glad it wasn't all of it) and I'm trying to get serious and get to my goal weight of 112 (I was three pounds away from it when I lost weight before). Would like to get back in shape by summer.

My name is Kim. I've always struggled with keeping my weight in check. I really want to get back to a good weight for me and then define my muscles to the best of my ability. I won a fitness challenge at my gym several years ago and it was a great feeling. I want to feel that way again.

Thanks for your comment on my Letter to the Little Girl Inside Me blog. I've dabbled in sewing since I was little. My grandmother's all sewed to some extent and I just picked it up by osmosis. It's been a few years though so I'm really excited to get back into it. Now to keep my little girl on the same page with me.

We don't have to be perfect, we just have to make an effort. No more excuses, just do what needs to be done, the best way you can. Even if it seems very little, you are doing more than the person who is sitting on the sofa. So spend you thoughts on thinking about moving each day and keep focused on your goal!
