My Goals:
* Always put my health first above all else. * Follow a vegan diet. * Get plenty of regular, energy-boosting exercise. * Cultivate and strengthen a healthy mind & body.
My Program:
* Consume about 1700-1800 calories a day at least five days a week through a vegan diet. But usually have a 2000+ calorie day too! * Consume between 20-40g of fat every day. * Consume at least 70g+ fiber every day. * Consume about 350g carbs every day from raw, unprocessed, organic, vegan (plant-based) foods - mostly fresh fruit, veggies, whole grains, and legumes. * Exercise at least 30-45 minutes six days a week and try do some major outdoor activity at least one day each weekend. * Sleep 7 hours every night. This is a challenge!
