My Goals:
My main goal is to become more active and devote at least 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week to some form of exercise. I now have a treadmill and started walking in early January.

My Program:
More fruits and vegetables
increased water intake with lemon juice
walking a half hour daily.

WAbout me: I am now 49 years old, the mother of 4 children all young adults now and I am married to the kindest most caring person I know. We have been married since 1980 and life only gets sweeter. I cherish my family and pray to spend a lifetime with them. Also blessing our life is our first granddaughter who is now almost 4

I have returned to my page. I have been exercising for 4 weeks by going on my new treadmill for a half hour each day!! I have lost 10 pounds since.
