Getting back on track again!

Hello everyone! I saw this site on the internet and decided to try it. 2 years ago I used to walk and eat better and lost a lot of weight but quit and gained all that weight back :( Now I am trying again and decided to join this group to help me stay on track once I reach my goals. I cannot afford joining a gym at this time and have limited space to work out so any ideas would be greatly appreciated for exercise routines. I already walk a lot and have a great neighborhood to walk in. ...
