My Goals:
To maintain my weight, eating healthy and exercising regularly. I desire to motivate others to be the BEST they can be too.
My Program:
I am a Sparkpeople devotee and use the food tracker for maintenance. For exercise I use the tracker. I weigh in twice monthly at my Weight Watcher meetings and weekly at the group I lead for accountability purposes.
Personal Information:
Born and raised as an Arizona "desert rat." Love it or LEAVE it. Married 33 years to the same man. I can do ALL things through Christ WHO strengthens me! I am a unique creation in CHRIST, WHO loves me the most. I guess you could say I'm a Messianic believer.
Other Information:
"Facing the Giants" would be the movie of choice. My eating is a daily giant I must face and choose what's best for the bod. In conclusion, to quote Churchill, "NEVER, NEVER, EVER GIVE UP"
