One change at a time....
In the past: 2009 - I quit smoking! 2010 - I started exercising! 2011- I ran a 5k and then I ran another one!! woot woot 2012 - I ran a 10k and I ran a 1/2 (13.1) !!!!! 2013 to do: Lose 32lbs so I can run leaner! Bayshore 1/2 - May 2013 Turtle 1/2 - October 2013 2014: Learn to snowboard Run a marathon (before my 40th birthday).
