2009 - I quit smoking!
2010 - I started exercising!
2011- I ran a 5k and then I ran another one!! woot woot
2012 - I ran a 10k and I ran a 1/2 (13.1) !!!!!

2013 to do:
Lose 32lbs so I can run leaner!
Bayshore 1/2 - May 2013
Turtle 1/2 - October 2013

2014:
Learn to snowboard
Run a marathon (before my 40th birthday).

Thanks for the comments on my blog today--I had no idea about using it for other things like pilates or an alternative to the ball. I did see where it could be used for push-ups and planking. All good ideas and I'll try them out! Thanks again. Have a great weekend!

I am not running the Bayshore. I have not been running since November. I had some problems with some medication I was on and am just now feeling a bit better. I need to start training again. I don't even think I could run a mile at this point. Starting all over walk/jog walk/jog repeat......
