1/1/16. Not to diet again, but to lifestyle change for the better. To lose weight and tone up and reach my goal of 25 lbs lost and then to maintain by August 14.
Daily goal 1. Eating right 2. drinking my 8 glasses of water each day 3. taking my vitamins. 4. exercise Minimum 20 minutes every day. 5. Minimum 6000 steps each day (42,000 week) Weekly goal To lose 1.5 lbs each week.
New transplant to North Fort Myers, FL from Massachusetts. I am Irish with a strong love of Celtic music, went to Ireland in 2008 for 25th wedding anniversary and hope to return some day. Happily married for over 32 years to my best friend and have two great kids with terrific spouses/fiancï¿½.
