My Goals:
My goal is to lead an active and healthy lifestyle and maintain good eating habits.
My Program:
Consistently exercise 150 minutes per week. During my pregnancy this will include yoga and walking. Post pregnancy, I hope to pick back up my running and participate in 5k's throughout the year. As for my diet, I would like to be more consistent in keeping my Nutrition Tracker accurate every day.
