Drawing a line for the final time.

My name is Kerry Richardson and I'm 25 from England.
I've been trying unsuccessfully for the last 8 years to get my weight down, I can usually manage 7-14lbs and then I lose the motivation and the weight piles back on.
I have been a member of sparkpeople before but can never seem to stay focused for long enough to see results!

I rejoined sparks in December 2012, the first couple of weeks I lost 8lbs.. and steadily since then I have gained 4lbs!

WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING?

I'm never gonna get this weight off with this behaviour.. I will be back to square one before I know it!
It hasn't helped that I've had a few 'woman problems' that are now rectifying themselves but it has left me like some hormonal teenager!! Not to mention scavenging for as much chocolate as I can find....

Tomorrow is a new start, I will log everything, I will burn calories and I will STAY ON TRACK!

Everytime I fall back I am so disappointed and I don't want to go through this again.

NO EXCUSES.
