So this is our first weekend in the 5% Winter 2018 Challenge. People have posted weights and are ready to do what it takes to lose 5% of themselves in 8 weeks.
Our first destination? Jerusalem. Oh yes!
Never done a 5% Challenge before? Keep it in mind for Spring. Make a mental note, foot note, sticky note. LOL Just take note!

I'm married w/ two dear daughters. Just gave birth to my 2nd 6/18/15.
I'm originally from the Pacific island of Palau. (Anyone ever see an episode of Survivor Palau?) However I'm currently in the Bay Area of California.

Other Information:
I'm currently leading out a team called N-E-W -S-P-A-R-K. We hold one another accountalbe for getting a nutrition, excercise and water in daily among other things.
I'm also a "Goal Getta for Life."

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge.
