Ready for a change...

My name is Kelly and I have been on Spark People now for several months. I have lost over thirty of the 70+ pounds I want to lose. I didn't think I could do this but with the help of God and SP I am changing all the time. I am so motivated by all of you on here.

My Goals:
I want to be at a healthy weight before we start to try to have kids. I am hoping to reach my goal weight of 145 by the end of 2011!

My Program:
I use Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds Program. I love it and look forward to it every day. It has changed my life.

I just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred.

I have also gotten into hula hooping. It might look silly, but it's great cardio!

I'm getting healthier every day by making small changes like switching to whole grains, drinking lots of water, and taking my vitamins.

I would be no where if God wasn't supporting me and helping me in my progress.

Heya! Thanks for commenting on my recent blog =)

For now I just use the aluminum roasting pans. They aren't too expensive and you can just throw them away. I really like them! I *might* start using something else later on but these ones have been GREAT so far! NO mess to clean up. Just throw away! LOL works for me!!! I think those veggies that you do like will go great together actually! =) Try it sometime!! Is there any way you can slowly start eating other types of veggies? Slowly get used to the taste or something? Hide your veggies in other meals first and then slowly start serving them in salads, etc.? =)
