My Goals:
I am going to lose weight, the right way. Stay or get healthy and feel better in general.

My Program:
I am incorporating daily exercise into my lifestyle, eating more organic, all natural, fresh foods, whole grains, complex carbs. buying local, and having meatless days, while avoiding restaurants, over-processed and "junk" foods. I still get my my dark chocolate and wine~

Hey! How are you? I'm doing ok; still working and losing! (losing the weight, that is.)
Glad to see you post on my page. I do miss you. You look great! Looks like you guys are doing a great job! Glad Amy is off some meds, and Dave coming off, too! Eating healthier does make you feel so much better.
in August, I quit smoking...it was 4 years ago now. and Earl is 6 years sober in October! ( I'm sure I feel much better than he does, though. )

Hi, thanks for leaving a comment on the poll, I found your sparkpage from there, and saw some teams I hadn't realized were here from your list.

I've been tracking my own food, and it's surprising how much my numbers are coming into line with very little effort compared to how hard I thought it might be.

I have a low protein intake sometimes, and as I lean toward vegetarianism I think maybe I should look up better alternatives than just eggs, eggs, and milk.

Hope it's okay to add you as a friend on my page. emoticon are a great source of calories for me.
