2018 Update - I reached my goal weight November 25, 2012. Most of 2017 I hovered just above goal weight but I didn't stress. I continued to maintain my healthy habits.

I completed the Spark 2017 4-Week Holiday Challenge and it helped me enjoy the holidays AND get back to goal weight at the end of the year!

I do not define myself by the scale. It's not about being skinny for me. It's about strength and endurance now.

I believe in baby steps to achieve goals and maintain lifelong healthy habits.

I look forward to continue learning from Spark friends and staying active in 2018!

Run a 5K in 30 minutes or less.

Increase upper body strength.

I am sidelined from running for a while until I get to the doc and determine and treat this hip/glute/hamstring stiffness.

For now... walking, Jessica Smith, Spark, Fitness Blender and Yoga With Adriene videos.
