8/10/09 UPDATE: I'm 4 weeks postpartum and still 10 lbs away from my pre-baby weight. I really want to get focused on better eating and excersing.

2/26/09 UPDATE: I'm currently 19.5 weeks pregnant and have gained 7 lbs. Although it's not easy, I'm proud of my small weight gain. I'm hoping to keep it as low as possible. Knowing that I'm half way done, I hope not to gain more than a pound a week average. That would keep me at my goal. I'm not working out much any more because I just ...

So, I'm doing some stretches before bed. This not only helps me feel better overall because I'm so tight, but it helps me sleep better.

12/4/08 UPDATE: I'm 7 weeks Pregnant!!!!
Ok, so I didn't make my 10 pound goal before I got pregnant, but I did lose 7. I am still very proud of what I was able to accomplish. So, now my goal is to maintain my current weight for as long as possible.

New Goal: Not to gain 50 lbs again with my second baby. Let's stick to the recommended 25-35!!! I hope to not gain more than a pound or 2 in the 1st trimester.

Keeping a food diary to keep me accountable for what is going into my body. Keeping the exercise diary to keep my accountable for exercising during the week.
(New program: eat healthy small meals several times a day to keep energy levels up)

Personal Information:
I live in Marysville, Ohio. Jeff and I have been married for 5 years. We have a beautiful 3 year old daughter named Abigail and a 1 month old son named Brycen. I am currently in Human Resources for an auto parts manufacturing company.

Hey there...what do you need to shop for? Also, you have plans on Thursday night? Zac has golf league and I REALLY REALLY want to come see Brycen!! If you dont have plans the kids can play with Abigail and I can come over to see you and Brycen. Let me know!!

Thanks for the message! Also, I LOVED the picture you sent of Brycen on Friday. I need to set up a time to come meet him (and see you of course). I will be ordering my dress the 2nd week of August...wish me luck. I am anticipating that I will be a 16...not sure if I am gutsy enough to go 14 just yet if it doesn't fit yet. I will let you know what happens. WOW only 13 # from pre-baby weight - that is AMAZING!! You really stuck to it through the pregnancy and I bet you are glad you did...one less thing to worry about! How are things???

Our humidity just really hit, that was my saving grace. That and the fact I teach high school and do the yearbook so I didn't have time to stop and think about being tired until the last week or so!

Keep it up! I'm contracting a lot- but all up high.
