My Goals:
I want to lose weight because my joint and spinal problems are exacerbated by my fat-ness! Weight loss = less pain and more mobility!

My Program:
I am writing down what I eat, staying within the recommended calorie range for a weight loss of about 1 pound a week, and checking in daily with sparkpeople. I also have an exercise regimen that is supervised by a PT. It includes core stability work, pool walking, light stationary biking and short walks, currently.

Personal Information:
I live and work in the beautiful state of Vermont. My family travels to NYC to see shows at least twice a year. We vacation in Maine and look forward to visiting my youngest son in South Carolina where he will be attending college.

I was saying exactally that yesterday "starting walking is as important as how far I go" Walking a little is GREAT! For me it's the habit of doing "something" the intensity/duration will come....
