I saw your comment on the huddle wall for the April 8-14 team. I know that feeling of being stuck! Some days are just like that, aren't they?
If it's an activity thing, try just taking a 10 minute walk. If your food is a problem, try tracking everything. You may not be doing as bad as you think. Maybe add a fruit after lunch and dinner.
Do something nice for yourself today, something to help you relax. Make some small, doable goals for the rest of the day and tomorrow. Feeling successful in small ways will motivate you to try larger goals.
