Thank you! Unfortunately, our yard went all kablooie this spring and has been ignored all summer. You only saw one portion of it. The crab grass has taken over half of the patio.

I counted three and a half of the nearly seven hours I was out there as cardio. I also counted throwing bricks as strength training. They weigh more than my dumbbells, so yeah.
