Lost in space, rather be losing weight

I'm a single mom that works full time and is going to grad school online. I've lost weight but can't keep it off, and haven't gotten down to where I need to be poundwise. I'm tired of hiding behind objects when my picture is taken, the few times I'm on the other side of the camera. I also have herniated disks and find exercise difficult. The doctor hasn't released me to do much of anything exercise wise so it's hard. Every week we watch Biggest Loser, JIllian keeps saying diet is 80% so if ...

My Goals:
My goal is to get my weight below 140 lbs, which is my doctors' goal, and to strengthen my core to protect my herniated disks. I'm shooting for 135 lbs.

Rewards:
165 lbs - Buy new navel jewelry.
155 lbs - I will be able to wear all my summer clothes again!
145 lbs - Tattoo
135 lbs - I'll need to buy new clothes, hopefully winter clothes since none of the size 18-20 clothes will fit! It should be much easier to find clothes at the Thrift Store. If I make my goal, then it'll be just in time for the end of the month 50% off all clothing sale! :D

My Program:
Record food choices daily; avoid fried foods; choose more veggies and less processed food. Drink more water. Make sure to meet my daily fiber and protein goals.

Yes, I need to be better about using this. as for my gravy, I am afraid to find out. Plus I measure nothing when I make it, I just guess at it and it always comes out
