My long term is to get healthy and live a more balanced life.
1. Track what I eat. 2. Cut out refined sugar and Carbs, eat more whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. 3. Eat more plant base meals. 4.Drink at least 8 cups a water daily 5. Get up and Move. 6. Exercise regularly. 7. Mediate
