No more yo-yo dieting !!!

Up. Down. Up. Down. Up. Down. Lose weight. Gain it back. Lose it again. Gain it back again.

Guess where I am now on that spectrum? You guessed it -- up.....again....

I am SO sick of dieting and gaining it back. I am desperate to just maintain a good weight, which is at least 15 lbs less than I am now.

This time I am determined to find some way of keeping it off for good....

Update after 1 month of calorie counting: I have lost 7 lbs., ...

Update after 1 month of calorie counting: I have lost 7 lbs., and hope to lost 15 more. I am now approaching a weight that I can actually feel more comfortable at, but I am not going to stop there -- I'm going to keep going and get down to where I was 5 or so yo-yo cycles ago.....

My Program:
I count calories -- I try to stay within the limits that SP have set up (between approx 1300 and 1600) -- 1800 is OK with me, I can still lose on that, and 2000 is the highest I can go without risking gaining. I also track my sodium because my hands and feet and face bloat easily.

Karen, I didn't know if you heard about the head-on collision accident that I was in. I posted an updated blog about my current injuries.
