My Goals:
To learn to maintain my body weight and see what I really am eating on a day to day basis. To love those around me to the fullest by keeping myself healthy and happy. To stay healthy and just keep improving my health as time goes on. To rock it out every day. !!
My Program:
working out 4-5 days a week with 45 minute cardio sessions each. 3 days of strength training. Eating 1400 calories daily. Types of cardio include, running, spinning, the elliptical, hiking, climbing - you name it I probably do it.
Personal Information:
I live in Oklahoma where the wind comes sweeping cross the plains. Also where its dang hot and dang cold a lot so workouts are often indoors.
