Thanks for stopping by. The injury wasn't a result of over training but was an accident from lifting up a lawnmower and putting it in a track (sad, I know). I was feeling the best I had in years during that time and now I've taken a few steps back. But, I'm feeling good enough to exercise again and I'm ready to ease my way back into things. Glad to hear you are doing well. I'll keep my eye out for a new blog from you.
It's Thanksgiving week. Enjoy yourself, but don't stress yourself out and most of all...don't overinduldge too much. You don't want to see all that food go to waist ( and hips and butt and thighs!)
