My Goals:
- Get 8 hours of sleep per night
- Develop and practice healthy ways to manage my everyday stress
- Regular exercise and as much time as possible outdoors, all year round

Goal 1 met!! Lose 5 pounds between 9/13/11 and 11/28/11.

My Program:
Set incremental goals for health, fitness, and nutrition changes to lose weight.
