Kathleen's getting fit!
I am a 53-year old lawyer living in Southern California. I am a dog lover and have had dachshunds for the last 20+ years -- currently have two lovely long-haired girls, one of whom participates in agility classes.
I've been a member of Spark People for a couple of years. My eating habits are extremely heathly, but I don't get enough exercise. I have resolved to get more exercise in 2010 and have just joined Curves.

Just finished reading "The Spark" -- it's great and very inspirational. I love the concept of an "upward spiral" used in the book!!
