Here it is another year - and still need to lose weight. My goal for 2013 is to finish what I started. 2013 will be the year I lose the rest of the weight and get fit and healthy!

To make lasting changes in my life that will help with my weight and fitness issues. I want to stop with the emotional binging when I'm stressed out and find a better way to release the stress.
My Program:
Work on my meal portions and stay away from my trigger foods. Also cut back on my indulgences and allow myself occasional treats and plan for them.
