To make lasting changes in my life that will help with my weight and fitness issues. I want to stop with the emotional binging when I'm stressed out and find a better way to release the stress.
Work on my meal portions and stay away from my trigger foods. Also cut back on my indulgences and allow myself occasional treats and plan for them.
Like reading, music, Red Sox, hiking, concerts and just about anything.
Hi Kathi! Thanks for checking in on me. I actually am taking a bit of a break from SP. I have found that even if I log-in with the intention of just spinning the wheel, I'm still putzing around an hour later. It just sucks me in. I do get notified (obvioiusly) when someone comments on my page, so that's about the only time I log-in anymore.

Are you hanging in there? I've been doing "ok." My DH was diagnosed with a brain tumor but the good news is it was very low-grade and in a part of the brain that doesn't really do anything, so they removed it right after Easter. Have been kept busy trying to hold him down so he doesn't over do things. Hard to do!
