so, I'm a meaty little bird... but after reaching my initial milestone of 15 pounds, life just kept going, and I'm here, soft again, and I want definition. I want strength. I want a great butt. ;-)

My Program:
I'm watching what I eat and filling my day with healthful foods instead of whatever my cravings decide... adding more activity several times a week helps, too...

Personal Information:
I'm very happily married to an incredible man, and we've raised two amazing kids... one is off at college, and one is in her senior year of high school... add a rescued wire terrier mix and a moody cat to the mix, and our home is never dull...

Thank you for stopping by my blog. Through Ravelry it's been so nice to catch up with our 'knitting circle,' and I sometimes forget that we're out here, too!

I am certainly doing what I can to put some distance between me and the drama, as well as calming my own self. Making the Y a priority has been a big help. Working out has always helped me with stress, and the instructor-lead group classes really help me to focus one hour at a time. ~ Trish
